Wireless Video Detection
Videofied is not a CCTV surveillance system that simply records videos that are accessed by the owner. Rather, Videofied is a complete video alarm system that sends a short video clip with the alarm notification to the central station for immediate review. Videofied links the video with the central station – self-surveillance does not. A monitored video alarm delivers quicker emergency response.
When the MotionViewer sensor is tripped, a 10 second video clip of the event is captured and sent through mobile or IP network to a central monitoring station (ARC). The wireless, passive infrared sensor (PIR) works with a digital video camera to record colour video during the daytime, monochrome at night, all in full VGA resolution. Verification of the event is key – and so is swift, rapid video transfer to the Central Station for review and security dispatch.

CFS provides security guarding to a wide and varied customer base including, the public sector, schools, colleges and universities, numerous office spaces, construction and the farming industry.
As an ACS approved contractor with the Security Industry Authority, all our front-line personnel are licensed with the SIA and screened to BS 7858 standard before being deployed.
All risk assessments, method statements and assignment instructions adhere to the BS 7499 standard

Pest Control
Empty properties can be vulnerable to pests and vermin if the right precautions aren’t taken. In most cases prevention is better than cure, but whatever stage an infestation is at, there is always a solution.
Pests can range from rats, mice, mites, squirrels, fleas and even cockroaches. These can cause quite severe damage if left long enough, and if a property is vacant, the issue can be left much longer without being noticed. As well as causing damage to items within the property, pests can carry disease and bacteria and spread it throughout an area, putting any employees at risk who may visit the premises.
If a property has a pest problem and there are members of staff working, the employer has a responsibility to keep those staff members safe under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
