Lincoln Smile Centre is based in Lincoln City centre and is a calm and relaxed dental practice with a caring, professional team whose aim is your comfort and well-being.
They provide advanced dental treatments with outstanding patient care.
The Assignment –
To provide an out of hours key holding and alarm response service that is not only rapid but consistent at all levels (average response time is 12 mins).
The Result –
As their nominated out of hours keyholder we effectively act as their agents, safely securing their keys. Upon activation of either their intruder or fire alarm our nearest patrol and response vehicle will attend.
In the event of an emergency, we use a network of approved contractors for every eventuality including glaziers, locksmiths and utilities.
All our Patrol & Response team are fully trained and licensed in accordance with SIA regulations and comply to BS 7984-1:2016

Lincoln Smile Centre have been working with “Comprehensive Fire and Security Solutions” for a couple of years now and always found the company/Staff very friendly, approachable & feel safe in that they look after our premises mainly when we are closed. They have a very quick response time if and when our alarms have gone off. Once when the alarms were set off by mistake Dave was at our door within minutes to check we were all ok and safe.
